My clients have gone to work every day devoting their lives to the promises of their Employer that they will have a future as long as they do their job.
Unfortunately, when times get tough for the Employer, the Employer forgets those promises and tries to dispose of my clients as if they were nothing more than the pencils and paper clips used to create what the Employer has profited by for those many years.
More unfortunately yet, when those times come, my clients are much older and have devoted years of their lives to the promises of those Employers; and find themselves without the opportunities they might have had in younger days had they not believed those promises.
My clients are more than mere pencils and paper clips for industry. They are human beings with lives, families, trust, and expectations which will not be dismissed when industry and their employers break their promises and leave them without hope.
